Groomers Delight are proud to be associated with DPS, New Zealands largest and most preferred payment gateway provider.
Groomers Delight do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. The DPS hosted payments page is secured using SSL.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through your Web site is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When users access a site secured with SSL using their browser, a symbol displays in their browser windows indicating that the site is secure.
All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars excluding GST. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% is included within the price at the check out when payment is being made. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency and your purchase can only be deliver to an address in New Zealand. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Groomers Delight will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared , typically two days with Visa and Mastercard.
Delivery / Freight Costs
Freight will be calculated and applied to your order before payment is required. Please visit our Freight Information page for more information on how freight is calculated.
Groomers Delight will not deliver Outside of New Zealand
Groomers Delight will only deliver packages (within New Zealand, Not International outside of New Zealand) are delivered door to door. Track and Trace is standard for all packages. All packages are targeted for delivery between 2 - 6 working days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us at email@example.com and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. If you return your order to us within ten days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange the goods for another item.
- We will not refund your return freight costs.
- We will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence with our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.
- The original invoice must accompany the returned item.
- We will not accept returns from countries outside New Zealand.
- All returned goods must be sent to Groomers Delight Ltd .
- There is no return or exchange for sale items.
- Shippng and/or delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Groomers Delight will not accept returns for any non-faulty item that has been used, and/or had tags removed.
- Groomers Delight does not accept returns due to normal wear and tear on used items.
- We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within ten days of receiving your goods.
- We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
- All goods must be checked on arrival and if damage is done by delivery of the Courier Company we must be notify of this within 12 hrs of arrival for a refund to be done.
Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting email@example.com with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item.
Receiving a Refund
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorized by the Director at Groomers Delight Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including GST, excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from groomersdelight.co.nz.
Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. groomersdelight.co.nz reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which groomersdelight.co.nz can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by groomersdelight.co.nz.
If someone has sent you a special gift from groomersdelight.co.nz but it wasn't quite right, then you can return it in exchange for a Web credit note which you can use to redeem on our web site. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within ten days of receiving the goods. A Groomers Delight credit note will allow you to select a replacement item / items from our website for a period of one month. If you would like to use your credit note online, then please get in touch with our head office to organize an online purchase with your credit note. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping charges.
New Zealand Law
Any goods supplied or sold by Groomers Delight, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
The personal information supplied to Groomers Delight Limited will be stored by Groomers Delight on a secure server. All information is encrypted whilst in transit. Groomers Delight will not share your personal information with any other third party. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
