I have been using this Diamond coated head on a Dremel Lite Model 7760 and it's working really well. I have a dog that has always been tricky for nail trimming but with patience, treats and the right tools, he is becoming much more tolerant of the process. I generally do an initial very careful trim with Miller's Forge Red Handle clippers (Another excellent tool, so sharp that it's easy to shave very small slivers off the nail with much lower risk of 'quicking'. I follow the 'alternative cut line', trimming tops and sides to encourage the quick to recede) and finish off with the Dremel. The diamond bit is vastly superior to the more readily available sandpaper barrel versions
